Norfolk Downtown Trick or Treating
Norfolk Community Chapter members are participating in Norfolk's Downtown Trick-or-Treating event this year. We will pass out candy, voter resources, and meet our neighbors! Wear a costume or your NOP shirt :D
If you would like to volunteer or donate a bag of candy, reach out to Anneka at [email protected] or text 402.750.0378.
